We participate in this world wide exhibitor show to mark our presence in the Gulf and nearby regions every year. This year we proudly showcased our brand ExcelAir, the best of our HVAC Equipments and Products i.e. from Grilles, Diffusers, Dampers and Accessories. We want our customers to be aware of our recent product developments so as to cater their current market requirement with all the technical comfort.

We became part of the International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Exposition (AHR Expo). Excealir Airfilters stand was located stand #7462, McCormick Place, 2301 S King Dr, Chicago, IL 60616. We exhibited our wide range of Excelair Airfiltration products. It was one of the successfull exhibitions the beggining of 2018. We launched some of our new excalir products in the occassion of AHR expo 2018.

We conducted one of our most exciting and employee engaging activity in the mid of 2017, at Sofitel Hotel, JBR, Dubai. We introduced Talent Hunt and Salesman of the Year Award in this season. CMS employees walked out with smiling faces and surprise gifts.

BLUEBOX is a feedback method wherein all the employees of our company including the staff and workers can write directly to the management regarding their opinions, concerns, suggestions and complaints. In this activity our workers were given an option of drop box installed at all locations in UAE and staff had an option of both drop box as well as email. We at CMS take utmost care of our staff because our esteemed and loyal employees are the integral part of our value system.

We at CMS Global are always keen and eager to locate our talented employees and reward them too. The objective of this award was to nurture and uplift the morale of our staff and make them feel that their talent is recognised and well appreciated. This was again initiated in Blueberg Season 2. We believe that everyone has a unique capability and if brushed up accordingly, it can benefit the individual by letting them grow and learn. The winners and the runners up were awarded with cash prizes.

CMS Team Blue participated in the event Jotun Premier League tournament and represented CMS Group at Al Batayeh Stadium, Sharjah on 10th November 2017. We believe that these Team Building exercises helps us in developing better co-ordination amongst each other and motivate us to have a fit and healthy life-style. Moreover, Team activities like these not only energizes our body and mind but also makes us calm and focused  providing more stability to our work-life cycle routine.

We initiated an exciting employee engagement activity to celebrate our achievements, togetherness along with fun games in the year 2016.This event was named as Blueberg, held at Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai. The event organized by Human Resources under the guidance and support of CMS Management turned out to be a successful and splendid evening. BlueBerg Season keeps getting bigger and better every year.

We understand that Sales personnel are an integral part of any organization. They are the ones who build loyalty and trust between the customers and business. In our continuous strive to support and boost their morale, we initiated Salesman of the Year Award in Blueberg Season 2. The nominees were evaluated on 3 criteria: target, collection and profitability. The winner was awarded with all an expense paid tour package for self and spouse.

The “Year of Giving 2017”; CMS Group of Companies’ commitment towards social responsibility to contribute to the local community. In this effort, Century Mechanical Systems LLC, UAE participated with the Emirates Environmental Group (EEG) in their old or non-working mobile phones Donation Recycle Campaign, under the initiative of “One Root One Communi-Tree 2016”. The EEG’s initiative aims to highlight the advantage of recycling by encouraging the participants to collect and deposit a variety of waste such as mobile phones, paper, plastics, toner cartridges and aluminum cans.

Decorative face panel is made of aluminum sheet cut in to desired pattern with latest computer controlled laser jet technology with superior finish.

We have our own in-house media print and magazine distribution for the employees to keep them involved in our extra-curricular activities and reading. This magazine voices and conveys the words, thoughts and expressions of our employees and gives them a chance to think out of the box. We always co-ordinate and function as a dynamic team of professionals and support each other in all times as CMS family.

We have our In-house CRM system where our professionals come on the same platform at the same time to function and communicate in the best productive way. To obtain the effective and influential work flow in all our divisions we have optimised a solution which not only helps us to be accountable but also to be more productive and agile.
